Social Intégration

Our social policy at Recylux consists of several parts. The first one is about staff management, support and evolution, and the second one concerns the integration of the company in the community. In each of its sites, Recylux tries to maintain neighbourly relations by conciliating the industrial necessities and the community’s legitimate expectations. Recylux contributes to the social life in the areas where we are present as we create there a variety of jobs that can not be relocated.

We are also involved in environmental information and communication operations (out of use vehicles, WEEE,…) directed to the general public and local authorities in order to take part in the development of the environmental awareness in the society.

Recylux is also part of professional waste and recycling associations in many countries.
