Ferrous
By collecting all qualities of ferrous metals from a wide range of suppliers, we recycle more than 1 million tonnes each year on our sites.
Recylux has equiped with highest-performance industrial tools, which allow us to supply steel factories and founderies all over the world. Our recycling capacities include:
- 3 crushers with an total annual capacity higher than 1 million tonnes. They reduce end of life vehicles and metallic wastes into steel fragments that can be used by electrical steel factories.
- 4 fixed compactors and 2 mobile presses that turn industrial off-cuts into balls that can be melted
- 8 shears that cut metals to give them standard size or the size that clients ordered
- 1 crushing residues sorting center that enables to separate small-size recyclable material (ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, organics, combustibles,…)
Recylux complies with EU standards for recycled materials and develops in collaboration with its clients new norms where there weren’t any before. Besides, we constantly adapt to the market evolutions and update our products to satisfy the needs of the industry.
Our supplies, stocks and shipments real-time management system, as well as our own important production, allows our commercial center to guarantee our client availability and quality for the ferrous material. Our strength is our capacity to adapt very well to economical constraints and our reactivity on the international raw materials market.
Our reactivity is strengthened by our easy access to Dordrecht (Netherlands) and Rouen (France) havens, which provide excellent opening for exports.
